Queen's University Exchange Application

Thank you for accessing the Queen's University Exchange Application Form.

NOTE: The online application times out after 30 minutes of inactivity. Please be sure to save your work periodically, using the "Save and Continue" or "Save and Exit" buttons.

* Please consider printing out these instructions for reference as you complete your application.

Account Creation

  1. Click the Create Account button under Account Creation and Management.
  2. Provide Account Security Information
    1. Create a secure password. It must include UPPERCASE and lowercase letters and either a number or one of a select group of special characters. Only letters from the standard English alphabet are allowed. Record your password in a secure place; you will need it if you need to log in to your account at a later date.
    2. Select one of the four Security Questions and provide a Security Answer. Record your Security Answer in a secure place; you will need it to retrieve your User ID or Password if you forget them.
  3. Complete Biographical Information.
    1. When completing the biographical section you will be asked to provide us with your Current Address. This is the address you live at during the academic year while studying at your current academic institution; whereas your Permanent Address is the address you will use to obtain your visa or when entering Canada.
  4. After you have entered all the information, click the Create Account button.

After the account has been created successfully, you will be shown a summary screen, providing you with your Reference Number. You will also receive this information in a confirmation email. Please record your Reference Number for future use.

Click the Continue button, which will take you to the Application Manager page.

Completing an Application

  1. On the Application Manager page click on the Click Here to Add an Application button.
  2. On the Application Type page you will choose the faculty and term at Queen's to which you have been nominated. NOTE: if you were nominated to attend Queen's for the full year (September - May) you only need to enter Fall Term.
  3. Complete the subsequent screens through to, and including, the Final Submission page.
